Welcome to TopKid (Trang Nguyen), which is owned and operated by Trang Nguyen Education Investment LLC.

By providing us your information, you hereby agree that your information shall be collected, disclosed or used as this Privacy Policy explains. 

We encourage that you frequently check this Privacy Policy in order to update yourself with the latest changes. We are not responsible for the privacy statements of other content on Apps outside of the TopKid App.

1. User information we collect:

The user information we collect from the website trangnguyen.edu.vn and upon users using the TopKid app includes but not limited to the following:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number

Users shall be liable to the accuracy of the information provided to us. Users shall also be responsible to inform us promptly on any cases that violate the Privacy Policy so that we can take appropriate action.

Upon registering the information with us, you hereby agree that you shall receive un-frequent news, updates or promotion from us. 

2. When the user information is collected

TopKid collects user information upon:

• Users log in to try the app.
• Users register via trangnguyen.edu.vn.
• Other than in the places and for the purposes explicitly disclosed in this Policy, we do not knowingly collect user information directly from users.

We do not collect, use or share user information other than as described in our privacy policy.

In no event shall we share or sell any user information for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. How we use the information

We collect and/or use user information in the following ways:

• To confirm with users the services users have registered.
• To create User Account in order for users to log into TopKid.
• To manage users’ login and users’ experience the app on different devices.

For gathering anonymous aggregate information from all our users to improve the products and services offered through TopKid.

4. How we share user information

• We do not sell, rent, lease our customer lists and/or their information to third parties.

Your information may be disclosed:

• To our service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, and other services.
• As we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

TopKid will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on TopKid or the App; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of TopKid; and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of TopKid, or the public.

5. Transparency and controls

We understand and respect your privacy concerns at TopKid. Accordingly, we provide you with the ability to make certain choices related to our collection, use, and sharing of your information. These choices may include:

• You may make choices regarding subscriptions, updates, and product alerts
• You may tell us if you want to receive offers and promotions from us and/or third parties

6. Children’s privacy 

TopKid does not knowingly collect user information from children under the age of thirteen. Any child under the age of thirteen must ask for parents or guardians for permission to use this App. All full names, and credit card billing information must be from a parent or guardian. We encourage parents to take an active role in their children's activities and interests on their devices.

7. Third party services 

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates. Although TopKid is a safe place for kids, a child may leave TopKid using the iOS or Android device Home button. Should your child leave TopKid for another application or browser, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We have no control over how other applications or sites collect, distribute or otherwise use your personal information or how they safeguard and secure your personal information.

8. Mobile apps

Please note that the use of any of Trang Nguyen Education Investment LCC’s applications is also governed by the privacy policy of the operators of the application distribution platforms (such as Apple®, Google®, Microsoft®, etc.), and our policy only applies to our practices.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

The Privacy Policy may be changed or updated at any time as we add new or different features, or as the law changes; furthermore, the changes are effective upon posting unless otherwise noted. Therefore, TopKid encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how TopKid is protecting your information.

10. How can you access, update, or request deletion of your information you provided?

If you no longer want TopKid to use your information, or you otherwise want to exercise your privacy rights under applicable law, contact us by submitting a request using our web form or send us an e-mail at btc@trangnguyen.edu.vn. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line, and include your first name, last name, e-mail address, your unique Player ID in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request within the time period stated by applicable law. If you make such a request, you may no longer be able to play such app or use our Services.

If you want us to update, amend or delete the personal information that we have collected about you, wish to get access to the data being processed about you, or if you have any questions concerning the this Privacy Policy, you may contact us by email at btc@trangnguyen.edu.vn.
